Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionLead day-to-day site operations on $20M+ ground-up projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics. Oversee safety, quality control, and inspections. Coordinate with project management and ownership teams. Experience with heavy concrete / big block projects is required. 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent. Knowledge of scheduling and cost principles. Basic knowledge of project management software. A mature professional with excellent judgment. A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary.
