SuperintendentA reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent with strong Class A interior build-out experience. The firm maintains long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients and consistently delivers high-quality interior projects across the metroplex.Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for Class A interior projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections. Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion. Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular jobsite safety meetings. Coordinate with Project Managers on rfis, submittals, and field conditions. Maintain daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation. Proven Class A interior / TI experience is required. Experience with corporate office build-outs, high-end finishes, and fast-paced schedules. Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, and finish detailing. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and aggressive timelines.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in occupied buildings. Procore or similar construction management software.
