Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project challenges. Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders. Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to maintain project schedules. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays. Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce safety protocols at all times.
