Construction Superintendent - K12This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization in the property industry that specializes in delivering high-quality construction projects. As a medium-sized company, they focus on fostering growth and innovation while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project challenges. Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders. Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to maintain project schedules. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays. Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce safety protocols at all times. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements.
