What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial projects from $100K to $15MM
• Manage daily jobsite activity, scheduling, safety, and quality
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Coach field staff and maintain organized, productive jobsites

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with commercial construction field or supervisory experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and codes, and the ability to lead crews, solve problems, and communicate well. Layout or survey experience, computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Compensation and Benefits

$60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, plus PTO, holiday pay, health insurance allowance, company vehicle and fuel card, company laptop, and ongoing training with OSHA certification.

Work Location / Schedule

Project-based jobsite work. Final posting should confirm location, schedule, and employment type.
