Construction Superintendent - Light IndustrialManage day-to-day operations on light industrial construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee quality control and ensure construction standards are met or exceeded. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
