Construction Superintendent - Light IndustrialClient is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong light industrial project portfolio in the Southeast. Ranked ABC's Top 25 GC's.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage on-site construction activities for light industrial projects.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot challenges to maintain workflow.Prepare and submit daily construction reports and progress updates.Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and client expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
