Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential: Ultra High-End Single-Family & Luxury Condominiums

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Superintendent to lead the field execution of exceptional custom residences and luxury condominium projects in the Miami market.

This opportunity is for a seasoned construction professional who understands that luxury construction is different. The expectation is not simply to complete the project - it is to deliver an exceptional finished product while managing demanding schedules, sophisticated details, high-end finishes, specialty trades, architects, designers, consultants, and discerning clients.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction and mobilization through completion and turnover.
• Manage high-end custom single-family residences and luxury condominium build-outs/renovations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, consultants, and project management.
• Drive the project schedule and hold trades accountable for commitments and quality.
• Review drawings, specifications, details, and field conditions for constructability.
• Anticipate conflicts and solve problems before they impact schedule or quality.
• Maintain exceptional standards for craftsmanship, finishes, protection, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, owner walk-throughs, and final turnover.
• Communicate clearly with the Project Manager and leadership regarding progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional jobsite representative of the level of clientele and projects being served.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction.
• Strong preference for experience with high-end custom homes, waterfront estates, luxury condominiums, or similar highly detailed residential projects.
• South Florida/Miami construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, glazing, MEP systems, waterproofing, specialty installations, and detailed architectural work.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design documents.
• Experience managing sophisticated subcontractors and specialty trades.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, documentation, and quality-control skills.
• Comfortable communicating with owners, architects, interior designers, consultants, and executive leadership.
• A hands-on field leader who takes ownership and does not wait for someone else to identify or solve the problem.
