We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Superintendent to lead high-end office fit-out and renovation projects across Manhattan. This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in commercial interiors throughout New York City. With a strong portfolio of corporate office, workplace transformation, tenant improvement, and Class A office build-out projects, they are recognized for delivering complex projects in occupied and fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Description

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interiors or office fit-out projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and building systems.
    • Proven experience managing projects in occupied buildings and Class A office environments.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
    • Strong understanding of NYC construction regulations and safety requirements.
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience delivering projects ranging from $2M-$20M+ is highly desirable.
