Manage daily jobsite operations, scheduling, and trade coordination. Maintain project milestones and ensure activities align with the master schedule. Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate multiple trades in occupied and high-profile environments. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Proven experience delivering office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and workplace renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Experience working in occupied buildings and navigating the logistical challenges of Manhattan construction projects. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, site safety requirements, and NYC construction standards. Ability to proactively identify and solve field-related issues while maintaining project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
