Construction Superintendent

A construction company specializing in architectural sheet metal roofing, siding, and ACM panels is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee field operations and manage installation crews. This role works closely with project managers, general contractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The position requires strong leadership, field coordination, and hands-on construction management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate jobsite installations in partnership with Project Managers, Engineers, General Contractors, and field installers.
  • Train, mentor, and manage field crews to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Forecast material, equipment, and personnel needs to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Review and verify weekly payroll accuracy by project, personnel, and scope of work.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing field personnel and working directly with site foremen.
  • Background in roofing, sheet metal, siding, or ACM panel systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for project needs.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
  • Valid and clean driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass background checks when required.
