Construction Superintendent – Residential & Commercial
Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for residential & commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in residential & commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
