Job Description
This role leads day-to-day site operations for commercial interior construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. The Construction Superintendent manages field activities from start to finish, maintains detailed project documentation, and coordinates closely with subcontractors and project stakeholders. The position focuses heavily on interior fit-outs with high-end finishes and requires a strong commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and communication.

Work Environment
This role is field-based and primarily focused on active construction sites for commercial interior projects. Exterior work typically occurs during daytime shifts, with start times around 6:30-7:00 AM and shifts lasting approximately 8-10 hours, depending on weather conditions. Interior work is primarily performed during night shifts, generally starting between 3:330-4:00pm and running for about 8 hours. Weekend work is uncommon and is usually limited to specific tasks on roughly 20% of projects. The work environment relies heavily on construction management technologies, including Procore and other software tools, to manage documentation, submittals, schedules, and daily reporting. Additional accident coverage is available at the employee's expense. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
