Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and materials used.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure alignment and project success.

A successful Superintendent should have:
