Construction Superintendent - Multifamily
Our client is hiring a Construction Superintendent - Multifamily and are hiring due to growth/strong pipeline. Our client is a very reputable general contractor and has a strong reputation in their space; they are positioned well for the foreseeable future and have a strong pipeline of projects to support future growth.
Job Description
- Lead daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Address and resolve issues to minimize delays and maintain project quality.
- Supervise and manage site personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with managing multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
