Job Description
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project goals.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, providing solutions to mitigate potential delays or issues.
