About Our Client
This client is a mid-sized multifamily devloper that develops, builds, and manages mid to large-scale multifamily projects. - Project Size: Typically $25M+
- Project Location: All local to greater-Milwaukee, no travel involved
- Project Delivery: Construction Management - sub out everything except for labor

Job Description- Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow and resolve issues in real time
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to verify accuracy and constructability before and during execution
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of site activities, incidents, and milestones
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address design changes and field conditions
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work, managing punch lists, and confirming all units meet project standards before turnover

The Successful Applicant- 3+ years of lead superintendent experience
- Track record of delivering ground-up multifamily projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to manage both self-perform and subcontracting crews
