Job Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
- Foster a culture of safety, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs.

The Successful Applicant
Construction Superintendent must have the following:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction, commercial construction is a plus.
- Must have good tenure, no more than 3 companies in the past 10 years.
- Must be coming from a General Contractor that does ground up Multifamily projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
