Lead Superintendent - Multifamily DevelopmentLead all on-site construction activities for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up multifamily development. Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and project logistics. Coordinate extensive sitework, slab-on-grade construction, elevated podium concrete work, and multi-story wood-frame construction. Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved. Supervise and mentor two Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and project closeout activities. Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects. Experience managing wood-frame apartment developments. Strong knowledge of slab-on-grade and elevated podium concrete construction. Background overseeing significant site development and sitework packages. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Local or regional knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham construction market is preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $120k - $145k base. Company vehicle or negotiable vehicle allowance. Gas card.
