Construction SuperintendentOversee daily on-site construction activities from project start through closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners. Lead site meetings and provide progress updates. Identify and resolve construction issues proactively. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance. General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety regulations. Experience managing commercial projects such as office buildings, healthcare, retail, higher education, multifamily, or industrial facilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
