Job Description

Construction Superintendent
  • Manage and oversee luxury residential interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-end finishes and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to meet project timelines efficiently.
  • Use Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, and workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients as required.
  • Should have general knowledge of building and construction codes.
