Lead Premier Luxury Residential Projects Across NYCJoin a contractor known for craftsmanship and quality.Our client is a respected New York City General Contractor specializing exclusively in luxury residential gut renovations for high-net-worth individuals. Their portfolio includes complex renovations of historic townhomes and brownstones-often involving structural modifications-as well as luxury penthouses and apartments throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. They are recognized for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless project execution while partnering with some of New York City's leading architects and interior designers. Their team is built around experienced professionals who take pride in producing some of the city's finest residential interiors.Job DescriptionManage all day-to-day field operations from project kickoff through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules alongside the Project Manager.Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and field personnel.Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and contract requirements.Oversee structural work, interior construction, and finish installations.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.Conduct daily site inspections and proactively resolve field issues.Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with NYC building regulations.Communicate regularly with Project Managers, architects, designers, and ownership.Manage punch list completion and project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
