Responsibilities: As a Construction Superintendent, you will:
  • Oversee and manage commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating and addressing challenges.
  • Uphold project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in commercial interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New York City.
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot challenges on-site with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial interior construction.
  • 40 Hour OSHA certificationPerks:
