We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for on-site projects in the NYC area, focusing on Higher-Education, Healthcare, or Building Rehabilitation.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience managing large-scale projects (>$10 million), with at least 4 years as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, safety protocols, and MEP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction software; OSHA 30 certification required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: $60.00-$75.00/hour, based on experience.
