Construction Superintendent

SuperintendentOur client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, institutional, and office construction. With a growing project pipeline throughout Central Florida, they are seeking a Superintendent who can contribute immediately and help maintain their commitment to client satisfaction and project excellence.Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to achieve key milestones and deadlines.Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.Review drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and proactively resolve field challenges.Maintain project documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout activities.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
