The Construction Superintendent plays a critical role in supporting the project management team in one or multiple projects.  The Construction Superintendent is highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple duties in a fast paced construction environment.  This position reports directly to the Project Manager.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


                Manage the daily jobsite operations from kickoff through punch-out and closeout.


                Drive the schedule and proactively solve field issues before they become delays.


                Ensure workmanship meets high-end custom standards.


                Maintain job safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation. 


                Coordinate inspections, site readiness, and permitting requirements.


                Track materials, deliveries, and short-interval planning to keep production moving.


                Complete daily logs and updates utilizing Procore.


                Manage and oversee company staff, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.  Has knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work.


                Manage and oversee safety programs.  Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed.


                Aiding the Project Manager with monthly invoicing and verifying completed work by sub-contractors.


                Participates with the field operations leadership and the project team to implement, monitor, and adjust as needed the project lifecycle.


                Utilizes awareness, experience and knowledge to identify problems and recommends solutions for review and implementation by the team.


Ability to understand document changes and impact to the project schedule.


Has high school diploma and minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-family construction.


Must be able to pass a background check.


Salary/Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
