We are seeking a Construction Superintendent in Maple Grove, MN, offering year-round work with benefits and a competitive salary of $70K-$80K plus bonuses and a company vehicle.
- Manage and schedule carpenters, communicate with clients, and ensure timely, quality completion of restoration projects.
- Oversee permits, materials, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain safety standards, monitor job costs, and ensure adherence to scope and regulations.
- Coordinate work schedules, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold a clean jobsite appearance.
- Require 5+ years of hands-on construction experience, with project management and remodeling experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are necessary.
