Superintendent | Commercial Interiors

Location: Chester, PA 

A well-established, family-owned commercial specialty subcontractor is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can effectively bridge the gap between the field and office and help keep projects, crews, and communication moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution
• Serve as the primary connection between field personnel and the office
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and jobsite activities
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project details
• Identify conflicts or questions in the field and communicate them through the appropriate RFI process
• Help maintain project schedules, quality, and productivity
• Communicate with project managers, clients, GCs, and field teams
• Take ownership of projects and help solve issues as they arise

What They're Looking For

• Commercial construction experience
• Strong understanding of field operations and project coordination
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Understanding of RFIs and construction documentation
• Strong communication skills between field and office teams
• Someone who is hands-on, reliable, and able to take ownership
• GC or subcontractor experience is welcome
• Experience with commercial interiors, carpentry, drywall, framing, or related trades is required
