We're looking for a Superintendent who takes real ownership of a jobsite from groundbreaking to final walkthrough- someone who runs a tight, safe site and knows how to keep a project moving without sacrificing quality.What You'll OwnRun the job. Lead all phases of construction - planning, coordination, and execution - from a groundbreaking through closeout.Keep the team aligned. Partner directly with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to make sure the plans on paper become the building in the ground.Own the schedule. Build and manage a realistic project schedule, and drive the crew and trades to hit it.Lead the crew. Supervise on-site teams with a strong safety-first culture and a clear read of the plans.Protect quality. Hold the line on workmanship - inspect, catch issues early, and don't let shortcuts slide.Communicate up. Keep stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates on progress, milestones, and risks - good news and bad.Manage the money.
