We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the vertical construction of 7+ projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting all quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating trade partners, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves acting as the primary on-site representative, supervising contractors and team members, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of construction experience, and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidates will have advanced knowledge of all homebuilding stages, ability to interpret plans, and ensure standards are met.
