Construction Superintendent | Temp-to-Hire | Industrial / EPC Projects

I am currently recruiting for a Construction Superintendent to support large-scale industrial and EPC construction projects.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site during the temporary period, with the ability to relocate full-time if the role converts into a permanent offer.

The role:

You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and self-perform teams, and make sure work is delivered safely, correctly and in line with project schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activity on site

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and field personnel

• Review drawings, specifications and work packages

• Track progress against schedule and identify delays early

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, QA/QC and safety teams

• Lead daily planning, coordination and field meetings

• Support material planning, equipment needs and site logistics

• Ensure work is completed in line with safety, quality and project requirements

• Resolve field issues and escalate risks where required

• Maintain clear daily reports and construction documentation

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, General Superintendent or Field Superintendent

• Background in industrial, EPC, manufacturing, heavy commercial or infrastructure projects

• Strong field leadership experience across subcontractors and trades

• Ability to read drawings, specifications and construction schedules

• Strong understanding of site safety, quality and production requirements

• Experience coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or process-related scopes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive work forward on site

This is a strong opportunity for a Superintendent looking for a long-term role after a successful temporary engagement.

Please apply with an up-to-date resume.
