Construction Superintendent - Residential

Residential Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Residential Superintendent to support its Single Family division in the greater Indianapolis area. Although the internal title may vary, this role functions as a superintendent-level position responsible for jobsite execution, quality control, and scheduling across residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations for single-family residential projects
• Manage quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage trade schedules
• Supervise and manage hourly labor as required
• Monitor project progress and proactively address jobsite issues
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for assigned projects

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential construction supervision or field leadership
• Experience working with subcontractors or specialty contractors preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules effectively
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
• College degree is a plus
