Responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors, vendors, and inspections; maintaining quality control; enforcing safety and environmental standards; resolving conflicts; and managing daily logs.
They coordinate inspections, address non-compliance issues, monitor site cleanliness, and lead weekly meetings.
The role involves inspecting work, issuing notices, and completing punch lists to ensure project standards.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 9+ years of construction experience (preferably in data centers), and skills in blueprint reading, problem resolution, and safety monitoring.
Experience with Division 2-10 trades and the ability to work across multiple sites are preferred.
