Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a qualified and experienced construction field superintendent to join our team. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate sub-trades daily for field operations on your assigned project.

- Complete construction tasks on an as-needed basis to keep project on schedule; this includes door/hollow metal frame installation, door hardware, restroom hardware, minor drywall work, minor painting, light carpentry, and acoustical ceiling work to name a few.

- Coordinate inspections for assigned project with city/county inspectors and ensure the sub-trades are ready for said inspections

- Keep project on schedule that is provided by the Project Management team - Maintain open communication with Project manager on job schedule and questions/issues that arise throughout the buildout/completion process.
