Description
Lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects-no travel required. Full-time position located in the Minneapolis Metro. Summary of Responsibilities & Requirements: - Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance. - Coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. - Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases. - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet milestones. - Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication. - Proven experience in commercial construction supervision and tenant improvements. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols. - Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications. - Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $60.00/hr.
