An established developer based in San Diego is looking for a Superintendent to manage day-to-day job site operations. The successful candidate is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on spec, and on budget. You will work closely with purchasing, marketing, and subcontractors throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and update the project schedule throughout the construction timeline.
- Review plans against approved specifications for quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Participate in contract pre-award reviews alongside purchasing, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Work with purchasing to track budget updates and project cost projections.
- Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and construction teams on project specifications.
- Manage and respond to RFIs promptly.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to implement contracted scopes and specifications.
- Lead project closeout activities through completion.
- Oversee all fire and sound assembly installations.
- Manage SWPPP compliance on site.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in multifamily construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- OSHA certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
