Responsibilities include bidding, estimating, managing field operations, obtaining permits, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring quality and safety.
Requires travel within East Bay, field work, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.
Schedule involves an 8-hour shift, on-call, and weekend availability.
Education: Associate degree; experience: 3+ years in project management; license: driver’s license; willingness to travel 50%.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000/year.
