The company offers a stable backlog of work, opportunities for career growth, and a collaborative culture focused on delivering complex projects successfully.Job DescriptionLead and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites.Manage daily field operations for multiple roofing projects and crews.Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.Oversee site foremen and provide training on roofing system installations.Communicate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal leadership.Conduct site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and review project scope.Track project progress, maintain reports, and manage job-site documentation.Monitor budgets and support change-order development.Participate in scheduling and operational planning meetings.Build and develop high-performing field teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
