They will develop and manage execution plans and schedules, coordinate logistics, supervise trade contractors, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Responsibilities include tracking material deliveries, managing safety, supervising labor, and supporting operational downtime and constructability reviews.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 8 years of industrial construction experience, and prior lead superintendent roles. Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, safety regulations, and proficiency in scheduling tools (preferably P6) are required. Certifications like OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR are essential.
