Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with expertise in life sciences manufacturing projects for a fill/finish facility in New Jersey.
Key responsibilities include leading on-site construction, coordinating subcontractors across MEP and process scopes, enforcing GMP, safety, and quality standards, and managing schedules and field issues. The role involves overseeing utilities, piping, and infrastructure installation, ensuring compliance with design and validation requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements include 7+ years as a Construction Superintendent, proven experience in GMP-regulated pharma projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with MEP-heavy scopes. OSHA certification is preferred.
