- They manage scope, daily activities, and address issues, escalating to Project Managers when needed.
- Supervise workers, review invoices, monitor schedules, and recommend vendors or changes.
- Ensure accurate time reporting, coordinate with municipal inspectors, and communicate via management tools.
- Serve as the main contact for staff, inspectors, and vendors, maintaining community relations.
- Coordinate warranty repairs and mentor high-potential laborers for career development.
- Assist other projects as directed.
Requirements: Experience in construction management or related field, familiarity with industry standards, proficiency with management software, safety certifications preferred, and strong organizational skills.
