Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and federal guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor usage.
