Job Description- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project workflow.
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols through daily site inspections and safety meetings.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality control and contract compliance.
- Manage project sequencing, manpower allocation, and material deliveries to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Conduct progress meetings with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to communicate updates and resolve issues.
- Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability challenges, and unforeseen site conditions in real time.
- Maintain detailed daily reports, site documentation, and punch list completion to support successful project closeout.

The Successful Applicant- 3+ years of experience as lead superintendent.
- Track record of running commercial, indsutrial, multifamily, or healthcare projects.
- Project experience at $5M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
- Passion for high-quality construction.
