Job Details
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
- Experience leading TI, remodel, or fast-track interior projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and schedules across multiple projects
- Experience with retail or restaurant construction is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
