This individual will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, maintain quality standards, and serve as the primary field representative of White Oak Outdoors.The Superintendent will work closely with ownership, project management, clients, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution from groundbreaking through final completion.Core ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple active construction projects simultaneouslyCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crewsMaintain project schedules and proactively identify delaysConduct daily jobsite inspections to ensure quality and productivityReview plans, specifications, and construction details before work beginsCoordinate deliveries, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor schedulesEnsure projects are built according to approved plans and company standardsDocument daily progress with photos, notes, and updatesMaintain clean, organized, and safe jobsitesMaintain a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycleQualifications5+ years of construction superintendent, foreman, or project leadership experienceStrong understanding of residential construction practicesAbility to read construction plans and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordExperience in outdoor living, pools, landscaping, hardscaping, or residential constructionExperience with construction management platforms (Buildertrend, Procore, ProDBX, etc.) is a plusCompensation$60,000–$75,000 salary depending on experience and work historyPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicleLong-term career growth with a leadership-focused organizationHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief note describing your relevant experience to:White Oak Outdoors8749 West Ln.
