Construction - Superintendent - Westchester

With a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they have built long-standing relationships with developers, owners, and design teams and continue to experience sustained growth due to a strong pipeline of work.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day site operations from project commencement through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate site logistics.Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly.Track workforce productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule.Oversee project closeout activities, punch lists, and final inspections.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.Experience managing commercial construction projects with exposure to ground-up construction.Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, site logistics, and safety requirements.Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams in a fast-paced environment.Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management technologies is advantageous.Local knowledge of the Westchester construction market is highly desirable.What's on OfferComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Vehicle allowance or company vehicle.Strong pipeline of commercial and ground-up projects.Opportunity to join a growing and financially stable General Contractor.Clear career progression opportunities into Senior Superintendent and leadership positions.Collaborative company culture with supportive leadership.Generous PTO package and paid holidays.
