Description
As an Construction Superintendent - Westchester, NY, you will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure schedules and milestones are achieved.
- Maintain strict safety standards and enforce site-specific health and safety programs.
- Manage project logistics, quality control, and daily site operations.
- Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and project teams.
- Oversee inspections, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations and project specifications.
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
Profile
An ideal Construction Superintendent - Westchester, NY, will have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering healthcare construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Westchester County and greater New York construction market.
- Experience managing projects within occupied healthcare environments.
