Construction Superintentant

Hueman is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to manage job site projects.

This position is up to 80% travel and offers a generous car allowance and monthly travel stipend.  

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be providing supervision of 8-10 projects throughout our job sites by managing and directing the foreman, supervisor, and delivery team. The Superintendent will oversee the coordination of deliveries and products. 

Job Requirements: 

• Experience working with multi-family housing
• Maintains project flow by initiating and coordinating staff and product.
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project.
• Attends all GC meetings on the job site
• Follows safety and customer regulations
• Walks the job site weekly to ensure products are being installed accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicates with the direct supervisor on all delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and forecasting future deliveries
• Initiates corrective actions as needed
• Manages and coordinates equipment with the direct supervisor if needed.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
