Construction Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in plumbing, electrical, concrete, final grading, and general construction.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Proven knowledge of plumbing, electrical, concrete, final grading, and other phases of construction.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Titan.
• Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate potential issues, safety concerns, and project challenges during both pre-construction and finishing phases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team-oriented professional who works well with others and communicates effectively with crews, subcontractors, and management.
• Committed to maintaining quality workmanship, job site safety, and project efficiency from start to finish.
