Construction Supervisor — Site Prep & Earthwork Supervise small crews performing site preparation, grading, excavation, earthwork, and related construction activities. Responsibilities:
Direct daily work activities and small work groups.
Coordinate equipment, materials, and Client.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety.
Read and follow plans, grades, and site layouts.
Communicate with project management and subcontractors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Requirements:
Construction/sitework experience.
Experience supervising small crews.
Knowledge of earthwork, grading, and site preparation.
Ability to operate or work around heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license.
