Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise, coordinate, and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies on all job sites
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of construction
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site compliance requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
